1. We are continuing to review Homophones for our bellringer this week.

2. In our research paper, we are focusing these three days to work on our body paragraphs. We are using the normal Write Tools routine for our body paragraphs. First, we need to make a T-chart for each paragraph with Big Ideas and Supporting Details. The Supporting Details should come from our research notes.

3. Then, we need to write the Core 4 Topic Sentences. Write a SDS, NS, SS, and FANBOYS topic sentence for paragraph #1. Use your pink workbook to help you, or watch the video on Topic Sentences found in the Resources section of this website. Choose one to use as your Topic Sentence.

4. Finally, turn your T-chart into a paragraph. Make each Big Idea into its own sentence with transitions. Then elaborate on your supporting details turning them into sentences and citing your sources.
